Job summary

Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDEV) is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Operations & Strategy Execution to own day-to-day technology service delivery and employee technology experience. This role oversees MSP performance, asset and license management, and operational processes to support a growing hybrid organization across Toronto, Ottawa and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science; graduate degree an asset.
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure/365 certifications strongly preferred.
• ITIL (Foundation or higher) preferred; PMP an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology service delivery and employee tech experience.
• Manage MSP performance and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, licenses and devices.
• Improve operational processes and controls.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for technology functions.
• Support hybrid work across Toronto, Ottawa and remote locations.
• Challenge vendors and translate business needs into practical improvements.
