Job summary

Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDEV) is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Operations & Strategy Execution to own day-to-day technology service delivery, employee technology experience, MSP performance and operational processes across the organization.

Reporting to the Head, Technology, Data and Cybersecurity, the role ensures secure, reliable and efficient technology services to support a growing hybrid workforce in Toronto, Ottawa and remote locations, translating business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technology transformation, operations, delivery or strategy.
• Experience overseeing managed service providers and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and hybrid work environments.
• Experience managing service levels, tickets, escalations and operational reporting.
• Ability to support senior stakeholders and business-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day employee technology experience across devices and collaboration tools.
• Act as internal escalation point for technology service issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and role changes for employees.
• Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause resolution with MSP.
• Ensure services support the organization’s hybrid work model.
• Maintain service catalogue and responsibility matrices.
• Provide reporting on service performance and risks.
