Qualifications and Skills That We're Looking for :

• Experience leading software or IT solution analysis, design, and implementation projects in an enterprise environment.
• Have led a wide range of workshops ranging from user feedback sessions to technical design reviews.
• Solid understanding of modern software concepts and patterns such as APIs, Microservices, 12-factor Apps, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Appreciation for large enterprise, technology, and security governance processes and structures.
• Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps automation concepts and technologies.
• Functional knowledge of popular Generative AI tools and concepts.
• Experience developing applications and shipping code is an asset.
• A love for lean / agile / scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills including writing customer documentation, conducting executive level briefings, and creating technical communication artifacts.
• Must be a resident of Canada and have been a resident for at least the last 5 years continuously.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a valid and unrestricted Work Permit.
