• Governance: Enforce project management standards.

• Risk & Issue Management: Maintain overall risk registers.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs and timelines.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain centralized documentation.
• Documentation: Manage trackers and change logs.
• Asset Inventory tracking in line with the BOM and coordinate storage of spare assets.
• Coordinate onboarding & offboarding of assets in CMDB.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5years in Information Technology with experience as Project coordinator in Network projects comprising LAN/WAN Routing and Switching, SDN, Wireless Campus LAN, etc. Technologies.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Network infrastructure LAN/WAN Routing and Switching, SDN, Wireless Campus LAN, etc.
• Experience in running operations/project with ITIL processes / Project coordination – PMP/Prince2
• Strong client communication, analytical and team management skills.
• Excellent Project Planning and Execution skills
• Excellent Project Management and Control
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Good experience in the global delivery model.
• Complete Network Infrastructure knowledge.
