Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Project Coordinator as a Technology Analyst to oversee Cisco SDLAN infrastructure planning, forecasting, build, testing, deployment, hypercare and transition to operations. The role coordinates across groups from procurement to decommission, translating business needs into scalable network solutions with security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, AB or be willing to relocate; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Governance: Enforce project management standards.
• Coordination: Align local/global activities; CMDB, billing.
• Risk & Issue Management: Maintain overall risk registers.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs and timelines.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain centralized documentation.
• Documentation: Manage trackers and change logs.
• Asset Inventory tracking in line with the BOM and coordinate storage of spare assets.
• Coordinate onboarding & offboarding of assets in CMDB.
