Engineering Support Services provides engineering programs and support for the Public Works & Environmental Services department, including asset management for water and wastewater facilities, project management, lifecycle optimization, and energy initiatives.
You will provide technical support in specialized engineering disciplines to assess and maintain the City’s water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities, conduct inspections, analyze data, and support maintenance and replacement programs.
Completion of a 3-year community college diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility operations or maintenance, with expertise in one or more of the following:
Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) with OACETT or eligible to obtain certification.
