What You Will Experience In This Position

1. Own setup and maintenance of parts in SAP including material master, routing, and bill of materials.
2. Assist in the management of the Document Control System.
3. Create and maintain standardized operating procedures.
4. Follow processes to ensure all required manufacturing systems are documented and personnel are trained.
5. Design & test process upgrades and new process systems.
6. Optimize processes to increase efficiency, product quality, and reduce waste.
7. Lead continuous improvement activities of existing manufacturing processes.
8. Assist with process troubleshooting and support for Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
9. Support project timelines and capital budgets.
10. Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have

1. Technologist diploma or relevant work experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Enovia is preferred.
4. Ability to read and understand technical documentation (product drawings, process layouts, FMEA).
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily interactions.
7. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
8. Problem-solving skills.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
10. Experience with 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred.
11. Knowledge of machine control logic, PLC programming, and robotics is a plus.
