Job summary

Simons is seeking a QA Tester to validate and enhance our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience across web tools and internal systems. You will design and execute functional, UX, and regression tests, identify defects, and document changes while collaborating with developers and designers.

You will develop deep knowledge of our systems, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements in testing tools and methods.

Qualifications

  • College diploma, vocational diploma in technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong investigative skills and critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks while maintaining close attention to detail and identifying even minor variations or defects.
  • Self-motivated and curious, with the initiative to go beyond planned test scenarios and propose relevant additional test cases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Open to continuous change and constructive feedback.
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, IT Transformation, you will play a key role in validating and enhancing our digital platforms.


You will develop an in-depth understanding of our transactional web ecosystem to ensure the quality of delivered solutions through structured, rigorous, and methodical testing. You will be responsible for identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking issue resolution, and validating implemented solutions—all with the goal of delivering a seamless and reliable customer experience.
