Daily Responsibilities: Your steps to success:

• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs;
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on vehicle mechanical systems;
• Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate repairs;
• Install, test, and adjust new mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation;
• Maintain maintenance and repair records, documenting work and parts used;
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems and improve processes;
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations.

Desired Profile:

• Mandatory: Paritary committee card;
• BMW experience is an asset;
• Extensive experience in automotive mechanics with deep knowledge of mechanical systems;
• Customer-oriented: excellent customer service, attentive to client needs, proactive approach;
• Quick learner with a sharp mind;
• Ambitious: eager to take on challenges, results-driven, and excellence-focused, open to sharing bold ideas;
• Perseverant: persistent and resilient in the face of difficulties;
