Join Our Team as a Technician de Service Automobile at Moncton Chrysler

AutoCanada is hiring a Technicien de Service Automobile - Certificat Sceau Rouge at Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The pay range is CA$31.99/hr - CA$36.63/hr, based on skills and experience.

Position Overview: As a Technician de Service Automobile, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Communicate regularly with parts and service advisors to manage repairs, cycle times, and customer communication.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document all work performed accurately on the repair order, ensuring warranty payments are processed correctly.
  • Maintain an inventory of essential tools not normally provided by the dealership.
  • Stay informed about factory technical bulletins and participate in training sessions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional repair services to foster customer loyalty and increase department revenue.
Requirements:
  • Provincially recognized Red Seal Journeyman's certificate or in process.
  • Completion of a related post-secondary program or training courses.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Work Conditions:
  • Indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, fumes, and noise.
  • Physical activity including lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Use of specialized tools and equipment.
