Job summary

Compass Group Canada seeks a vending services associate to restock, maintain, and service vending machines across assigned locations. You will monitor inventory, ensure cleanliness, and provide friendly customer service while adhering to food safety and equipment maintenance standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking/standing for most of the day, and travel between sites. Competitive compensation details and total rewards will be discussed during the hiring process.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, with some weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Load, restock, and organize vending machines to ensure products are readily available.
  • Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic vending machine issues.
  • Clean and sanitize vending machines and maintain the cleanliness of surrounding work areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.
  • Ensure vending machines are clean, fully stocked, and operating efficiently.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues.
  • Follow company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
  • Travel between assigned locations to service vending machines as scheduled.

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend most of the workday walking and standing. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. About You

  • Ability to walk and stand for approximately 80% of the workday.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
