Job summary

Desjardins Group seeks a training and skills development technician to analyze needs and coordinate training logistics. You will support service delivery, improve processes, and tailor approaches for diverse users.

Fluency in French and English is required as you collaborate with French- and English-speaking partners. Responsibilities include training users, preparing technical notes, and ensuring procedures are followed using unit tools and systems.

Job description

As a training and skills development technician, you assist with needs analysis as well as training logistics and delivery. You help with quality assurance throughout the product/service delivery process. You serve as technical collaborator and provide discipline-specific support for your unit's activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technical problems and help develop and improve methods and procedures. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Provide technical support for operational issues
• Serve as an internal resource person and provide operational support to continually improve service.
• Help roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes.
• Train users
• Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users
• Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit's tools and systems

What you bring to the table
