Job summary

Policaro Group, a premier luxury automotive retailer in the GTA, seeks a skilled Technician to join our high-performance team in Brampton. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain luxury vehicles, delivering top-tier service and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive technician experience, premium luxury is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 310S certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles to ensure safety and performance.
• Perform routine services including oil changes, brake work, tires, and system checks.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and manuals to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to deliver a seamless experience.

• Proven experience in automotive technician (premium luxury is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid drivers license
• 310S certification and license
