Job description

Northern Ford is growing and looking for a Service Technician!

As a key member of our team, the Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Job Duties :

1. Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
2. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
3. Inspect vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is needed.
4. Communicate procedures and repairs to Service Advisors.
5. Conduct road tests and safety inspections.

Successful Candidates Possess :

• Valid Automotive Service Technician Qualification (Class A).
• Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Maintain Drive Clean-Light Duty Inspector Certification.

Compensation : Negotiable
