Technical Writer

We are looking for a technical writer to become our leading product expert. This key member of our Product Support team will deep dive into our industry-leading online booking tool to document and share its functionality and updates with the 15,000+ businesses that sell and implement it.

Responsibilities:

1. Create diagrams, roadmaps, matrices, presentations, and other documentation, updating this material by liaising with our product and engineering teams during our sprint cadence.
2. Learn about the unique needs of sales, customer support, and implementation teams, building processes to keep them updated on product development.
3. Research the online booking tool market to understand how ours compares, and help define and communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a technical writer for a B2C or B2B software product.
2. Ability to translate technical and complex functionality into clear, plain English documentation and training materials.
3. A highly organized self-starter capable of building processes.
