Job summary

Visier is a Vancouver-based company renowned for Workforce Intelligence, offering a hybrid work model (in-office Tue–Thu, and Mon & Fri WFH) at its Yaletown head office. We seek a technical writer to craft user-focused documentation, interview SMEs, and develop visuals to simplify complex product features.

You will collaborate with product teams, maintain single-sourcing standards, and continuously learn new skills while meeting tight deadlines. Remote work not specified.

Good documentation is vital to the overall success of our products. Working closely with members of the Product Documentation team, you will be introduced to the release cycle and learn what it takes to write helpful user documentation. This role is located at our Yaletown head office where we work a hybrid Tues - Thurs in office and Mon & Fri - WFH!

The regional pay band for this role is $3600 - $4500 per month.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
