Job Description :

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist our customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring a positive user experience. You will be a trusted resource, providing timely and accurate solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps via email, chat, or phone
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Prioritize, escalate, and route tickets effectively
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to identify solutions
  • Track and resolve system issues within agreed timelines
  • Provide prompt, accurate resolutions and update internal documentation

Requirements and Skills :

  • 1-3 years of technical software experience
  • Proficiency in writing SQL statements
  • Strong customer service aptitude and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply
  • Interpersonal skills and customer care expertise
  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with SchoolCash or SchoolFunds
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Student Information System standards
  • Experience in SaaS, finance, bookkeeping, or payment processing
