A leading automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate maintenance activities, oversee skilled trades, and manage projects. Responsibilities include team leadership, problem-solving during equipment failures, and ensuring safety and production standards. This position will be responsible for coordinating the efficient maintenance of production and facilities equipment to consistently meet safety, production, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. This will be accomplished by providing guidance and direction to the respective skilled trades and apprentices, reporting and monitoring status of equipment down-time, overseeing TPM, coordination of large equipment installation and contractors. This position will also oversee technical departments including Information Technology & Engineering.
