Peoples Group, based in Toronto, is hiring a Technical Support Analyst to deliver IT support for devices, applications, and Microsoft 365. You will participate in onboarding/offboarding, incident response, and modernization initiatives across a growing tech environment.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with some evenings/weekends likely. Hybrid work from our Toronto office.
We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across Peoples Group, delivering exceptional IT support for devices, applications, Microsoft 365, and user access. You'll play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting modernization initiatives, including ServiceNow enhancements, automation, asset management, and process improvement projects in a growing technology environment.
Due the nature of the work some evening and weekend work will be required.

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
If your application is selected, you will be invited for a first interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Business Partners. Depending on the role, interviews may be conducted virtually or in-person. The hiring team will communicate any in-person requirements throughout the process.
The expected salary for this role is approximately $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
