WebGen is changing how blasting is planned and delivered. In this hands‑on technical role, you will help clients safely and reliably integrate the WebGen wireless blasting service at their sites, from blast design and field execution to troubleshooting, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
WebGen™ is the world’s first commercial wireless blasting system, delivering step change improvements in safety, productivity and blast reliability. It removes the constraints of wired initiation, enabling customers to enhance safety, improve productivity and unlock new opportunities across underground and surface mining.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner for both the client and Orica, combining engineering knowledge, practical problem‑solving, and strong relationship skills to deliver successful outcomes.

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Compensation
Between $84,000 and $100,000 per year
