Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in technical administration within a technical service environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel) and CRM software.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work independently, with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and file service reports in conjunction with AX system and generate documentation for billing.
• Process technical documentation related to billing, sampling results and services.
• Coordinate parts transfers and ensure delivery of spare parts to technologists.
