Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating PAPAS based on established guidelines.
• Serving as a contact point for PAPAS and related information.
• Collaborating with Marketing & Product Development teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Maintaining accurate records related to product and packaging.
• Coordinating with Supply Chain to request products from plants or warehouses.
• Updating SOP documents to reflect changes.
• Communicating with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing.

The Recipe for Success:

• College or University degree.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GFSI (BRC, SQF), and Food Allergens.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow up.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working on the plant floor and on a laptop.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to document accuracy.
• Must have a vehicle for commuting between facilities.
• Basic photo editing skills.
