Oracle RMS Insurance Risk Management Services Inc. in Concord, Ontario is seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Personal Lines division. You will oversee 20+ Account Managers across remote, hybrid and in-office work arrangements, ensuring top-level service and performance.

A strong background in insurance, leadership, and client relations is required. Responsibilities include conducting staff performance reviews, coaching, and collaborating with management on policy and technical issues while

Qualifications

• RIBO license or CIP/CAIB is an asset.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance industry, policies and products.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Prior leadership experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership by keeping the team informed on changes and results and share accountability for performance, productivity and engagement.
• Evaluate staff performance and prepare formal performance reviews.
• Perform quality reviews on team members for staff development.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings to discuss performance.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss changes and high-level notes.
• Develop strong working relationships with staff and branches.
• Collaborate with management on technical and administrative issues.
• Train new hires and oversee performance and development.
• Oversee a team of 20+ Account Managers with flexible work locations (remote/hybrid/in-office).

Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership by continuously keeping your team informed on changes/results and share accountability for the overall performance, productivity and engagement.
• Evaluate staff performance and prepare formal Performance Reviews.
• Perform quality reviews on team members to record staff development.
• Perform monthly individual team member one-to-one meetings to discuss performance, etc.
• Perform Team Meetings on a regular basis to discuss changes, high-level team notes, etc.
• Develop respectful and successful working relationships with our staff and branches.
• Work with management on technical and administrative issues.
• Ensure adherence to Ensure adherence to insurance carrier and Oracle RMS guidelines and procedures.
• Train new hires and oversee performance and provide assistance
• Overseeing a team of 20+ Account Managers of varying skill level. Account Managers work schedules range from remote / hybrid/ in-office.

Requirements

• Having a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license (RIBO), CIP or CAIB certification is an asset
• Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, policies and products
• 3+ years’ experience with Personal Lines Insurance experience
• Prior leadership role experience is an asset
• Excellent Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills with Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to work as a team and work well under pressure
• Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Power Broker, Acturis and Applied Rating (Compu-Quote) is an asset
• Must be able to work from Concord office 5 days a week
