We are seeking a Technical Service Advisor who will support critical day-to-day service operations in collaboration with our Service Coordinators and the Service Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, a positive, team-focused attitude, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Schedule planned maintenance visits and quote follow-up service work
• Manage service parts inventory, including ordering and stock monitoring
• Ensure technician truck stock is replenished and identify required parts
• Track critical parts orders and provide vacation coverage for the service team
• Communicate directly with customers and coworkers via various methods
• Provide administrative support for quoting maintenance agreements and workplace health and safety
• Perform tasks using business systems, software, and interact with teams to resolve issues
• Professionally handle customer communications and conduct follow-up calls to verify satisfaction

Education:

• High school diploma required
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate an asset

Qualifications:

• Clear background check
• Valid drivers license

Experience:

• Minimum two years of customer service operations experience preferred
• 3-5+ years of administrative experience
• Industry experience an asset

Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude and basic comprehension of technical manuals, parts manuals, equipment maintenance schedules.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing, high-volume environment, and perform consistent, high quality, work
• Tech savvy, with operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with computers
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling frequent paperwork and documentation processes

Base Salary:$65,000 per year

• Base salary plus bonus and commission
• Comprehensive benefits package included

Work Hours:

• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Monday – Friday
• Potential overtime on occasion
• Rotating on call schedule

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
