• Add level-1 escalations to the escalation sheet when approved.

The project coordinator will support a regional team of project managers.

What will you do?

• Manage customer complaints.
• Manage customers' expedite requests for stock items, including tracking and obtaining POD copies.
• Complete and submit credit requests based on instructions provided by Project Managers.
• Track debits and resolutions.
• Handle shipping and warranty claims, return-to-sender cases, and reorders.
• Enter project updates related to price increases into the tracker.
• Generate and maintain reports from various systems.
• Push SCR/credit requests for approval across different levels.
• Add level-1 escalations to the escalation sheet once approved by the supervisor.

• CET certification, electrical-technical education, or equivalent experience (an asset).
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO), and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Functional knowledge of English and French is required in order to facilitate collaboration with our teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels
