Job summary

TIGER Coatings North America is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive business across British Columbia. You will visit manufacturers, distributors, and applicators, delivering coating solutions and technical support while building long-term relationships.

The role requires sales experience in manufacturing or coatings, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. It also entails traveling throughout BC with a valid driver’s license and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in coatings or related technical field.

• Ability to manage territory independently while collaborating with a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio throughout British Columbia.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Provide technical product support and recommend coating solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and support business growth.
