Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Electrical, Mechanical, or IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss complex issues.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams is an asset.
• Proven excellence in customer service.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships with OEMs, customers and distributors.
• Maintains technical knowledge of BASE products, applications and benefits and stays updated.
• Sells and supports BASE Engineering products to new and existing clients.
• Identifies and resolves client concerns and suggests corrective actions.
• Complies with hazardous environment regulations to ensure safety.
• Expands market awareness by communicating product features and benefits.
• Collaborates with engineering to meet customer project requirements.
• Resolves customer escalations with effective communication and escalation when needed.
• Keeps records of customer communications and contacts.
• Contributes to knowledge systems to enhance customer solutions.
