Job summary

Topring in Canada is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for the Greater Toronto Area. You will blend technical air‑system expertise with a sales mindset to assess compressed air systems, conduct audits and tailor solutions while developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.

This role involves field visits, technical presentations and training for customers and distributors, supporting joint visits, and building a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compressed air, pneumatics, fluid power, industrial maintenance or automation.
• Technical college diploma or equivalent experience.
• Sales and/or customer service experience with engineers, distributors and end users.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems; diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• English fluency in verbal and written form; valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with customers, prospects and distributors to develop new accounts and opportunities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot compressed air systems; recommend improvements for performance, efficiency and safety.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and training to customers and distributors.
• Support distributors through joint visits, technical guidance and sales development initiatives.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by introducing additional Topring solutions and building long-term partnerships.
• Identify air audits opportunities, conduct audits, analyze data and present findings and actions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, maintain CRM records, and travel within the territory to achieve sales targets.
