The Power & Mechatronics Specialist drives revenue growth by developing and executing commercial plans, providing tailored solution-based technical recommendations to our clients. As a technical expert, this position supports internal teams, vendors and customers, fostering a unified sales approach. Drive outcome-based selling with a deep understanding of industrial business drivers. Support sales team to proactively implement business plans. Train internal staff on the sales and commercial aspects of variable frequency drives and motion control products. Research market conditions, competitive forces, determine market share, and identify opportunities for growth. Technical Subject Matter Expertise : Possess a solid understanding of low voltage electrical and grounding systems. Stay up to date in current technology related to variable frequency drives and motion control products, including Emulate3D, motion-related networking, independent cart, and robotics. Communicate with customers, vendors and employees, providing technical expertise while instilling confidence and credibility. Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical competencies.
