What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be the go-to person for finding and engaging tech talent for exciting opportunities across Canada:

1. Learn and run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
2. Partner with our Account Managers to understand client needs and identify top talent.
3. Use cutting-edge tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI tools, and our ATS to build talent pipelines.
4. Become a Boolean search pro and a passive talent hunter.
5. Qualify candidates by assessing technical fit, culture fit, and career goals.
6. Build lasting relationships with job seekers to help guide their career journeys.
7. Learn the ropes of contract staffing, client communications, and job market trends.

What You Bring

1. 0–3 years of recruitment, sales, or customer service experience (bonus if it's in tech or staffing!).
2. High energy, curiosity, and a passion for connecting with people.
3. Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and candidate experience.
4. Confidence using LinkedIn and job boards, or eagerness to learn.
5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
6. Resilience and drive — you don’t shy away from goals or targets.
7. Team spirit — you're coachable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
