What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be the go-to person for finding and engaging tech talent for exciting opportunities across Canada:

• Learn and run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Partner with our Account Managers to understand client needs and identify top talent
• Use cutting-edge tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI tools, and our ATS to build talent pipelines
• Become a Boolean search pro and a passive talent hunter
• Qualify candidates by assessing technical fit, culture fit, and career goals
• Build lasting relationships with job seekers to help guide their career journeys
• Learn the ropes of contract staffing, client communications, and job market trends

What You Bring

• 0–3 years of recruitment, sales, or customer service experience (bonus if it's in tech or staffing!)
• High energy, curiosity, and a passion for connecting with people
• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and candidate experience
• Confidence using LinkedIn and job boards, or excited to learn
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Resilience and drive — you don’t shy away from goals or targets
• Team spirit — you're coachable, collaborative, and eager to learn
