Fiscal.ai is hiring a Technical Recruiter to lead the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and AI roles. You will own sourcing, outreach, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff, reporting to CEO and CTO. This role emphasizes finding exceptional talent early and delivering a fast, rigorous candidate experience from our Toronto office.
You will build pipelines, partner with leaders, and shape how Fiscal.ai hires as we scale, including equity discussions and benefits alignment.

Salary: $80K–$130K base salary (based on experience)
