TRS Staffing Solutions in Calgary, AB is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to connect top talent with major capital projects in Western Canada.

You will build talent pipelines across engineering and technical disciplines, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

This role offers an attractive uncapped commission plan and exceptional benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors.
• Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn and sourcing tools.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle high-volume technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source and attract top talent via ATS, LinkedIn, job boards and outreach.
• Develop pipelines across multiple engineering and technical disciplines.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to recommend qualified applicants.
• Support full recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing and references.
• Organize and prioritize high-volume requisitions.
• Contribute to market research and business development activities.
• Handle additional recruiting duties as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors
• Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced hybrid environment
• Experience with high‑volume technical hiring is a must
