Air North is hiring a Technical Records Controller in Whitehorse, Yukon. You will ensure maintenance checks and related tasks are documented accurately in the Maintenance Tracking Software, supporting safe airline operations.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Check aircraft documentation (log-sheets, check packages, task cards) for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare Journey Logs and ensure completion before departure from Whitehorse base.
• Enter flight log times and maintenance work into the MTS accurately.
• Scan and file flight log sheets and maintenance records.
• Audit flight log sheets and maintenance records.
• Update and enter data accurately.

Role Summary:

The Technical Records Controller is responsible for ensuring all accomplished aircraft maintenance checks, component changes and other aircraft related jobs are entered and tracked accurately within the computerized Maintenance Tracking Software.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking aircraft documentation, (ie: aircraft log-sheets, check packages, scheduled and unscheduled task cards, etc.) which have been completed by pilots and ACA holders for completeness and accuracy
• Preparing aircraft Journey Logs and ensuring Journey Logs are complete before aircraft depart the Whitehorse base
• Entering flight log times and accomplished maintenance work into the MTS with accuracy
• Scanning & filing flight log sheets and aircraft maintenance records
• Auditing flight log sheets and maintenance records.
• Updating and entering data accurately

Must haves:

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer systems & processes to administrate data, records & information
• Understanding of maintenance or engineering terminology
• A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
• Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that is through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
• Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management, or Mathematics/ Statistics
• Minimum of one to three years of experience in aviation
