Responsibilities

Technical Project Manager - Healthcare Technology (FHIR)

Our consumer business client is seeking 2 x IntermediateTechnical Project Managers (5+ years) to lead healthcare data migration and interoperability initiatives using FHIR, and Agile/Scrum

Join a major healthcare technology transformation initiative focused on centralizing healthcare data and enabling FHIR-compliant interoperability across a complex enterprise ecosystem. This role leads delivery across healthcare data migration, application integration, and technical transformation workstreams involving APIs, interfaces, and enterprise applications. The program includes large-scale migration efforts connected to critical healthcare data platforms and front-end reporting environments with accelerated delivery timelines through 2027 and 2028.

Start: ASAP

End: December 2026, with extensionto December 2027 and beyond

Location: Brampton or North York, Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite preferred, with flexibility

Must Haves

  • 6+ years managing enterprise technology or healthcare IT initiatives
  • Technical delivery leadership across healthcare data migration, application integration, and interoperability programs
  • Experience with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability environments
