Job summary

PowerCo Canada Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive factory ramp-up projects at our St. Thomas facility. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in technical project management within manufacturing, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills. Ontario-based travel and occasional time-zone coordination with Europe may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
• 5+ years’ professional experience in technical project management in production lines or industrial factories.
• Experience managing factory ramp-ups, construction projects, and process design.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory ramp-up projects aligned with design specs and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams for construction, equipment installation, and process design.
• Develop timelines, resources, and budgets; track KPIs and progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality guidelines, and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
