We are looking for a reliable member of the shell and core MEP Construction team (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) for the role of Coordinator, MEP Projects. The role demands strong project coordination capabilities and the ability to maintain visibility across shell and core MEP planning and delivery activities.
Reporting to the Manager, MEP, this role will be responsible for coordinating the shell and core MEP timeline, facilitating communication and project activities with the MEP Construction team during design and execution phases, and supporting contract and cost management activities within the MEP Construction scope. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.
This exciting opportunity is based in the charming town of St. Thomas, Ontario, and requires in-person attendance.
Provide oversight and coordination for project schedules, design development, and quality assurance activities through coordination with the local Project Management company and internal stakeholders.
Support KPI tracking, project dashboard development, performance reporting, and executive stakeholder communications throughout project execution.
