Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and project requirements under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
• Assist with the review of 3D models, general arrangement drawings, and manufacturing drawings.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure engineering files are organized and stored properly.
• Assist in preparing customer deliverables and technical documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, procedures and reports.
• Support Purchasing, Project Managers, and Project Engineers in sourcing activities and collecting technical information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering documentation, workflows, and project execution processes.

The Technical Project Coordinator supports the project engineers and Technical Project Leads with the preparation, coordination, and management of technical documentation, manufacturing deliverables, and project records. The coordinator works closely with the execution team to ensure project information is accurate, complete, and delivered according to project schedules.
