Qualifications
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management in banking/regulated environments.
- Experience delivering large-scale banking transformation programs.
- Strong governance, risk, dependency, and change management.
- Familiarity with Temenos or other core banking platforms.
- Experience with hybrid/Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of payments modernization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of core banking and payments transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Payments, Risk and Compliance, and vendors.
- Support initiatives involving core banking platforms, digital banking capabilities, and payments modernization programs.
- Facilitate technology upgrades, integrations, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Communicate program progress and risks to technical and business stakeholders.
