Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, cloud services, and cloud platforms.
• Experience coordinating across technical teams, business stakeholders, product managers, and designers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating delivery plans, tracking dependencies, and managing risks.
• Ability to drive execution,Operational excellence, and process improvements.
• Experience using technical and operational tools to scale delivery programs.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Develop program status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications for leadership audiences.
