Job Summary

• The Senior Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring implementation is on-time, within budget, and of high quality.
• This role requires strong leadership in Agile methodologies, effective team management, and the ability to align stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Responsibilities Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery metrics while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Track project financials, resource allocation, and capacity planning across multiple workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and vendor partners, managing SLAs and deliverable approvals.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes, leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, QA, and product teams, removing technical blockers and fostering high performance.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to manage expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks, mitigate dependencies, and resolve critical bottlenecks to keep delivery on track.
• Refine internal delivery frameworks, engineering best practices, and CI/CD operations to boost efficiency.
