Job summary

A leading learning technology company in Toronto is searching for a Technical Product Manager for Connectors. In this role, you'll oversee integrations between various tools and ensure high-quality performance. You'll work with a team to prioritize development, conduct discovery on vendor APIs, and manage the entire lifecycle of connectors. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in Technical Product Management and enjoy working with integration technologies. This position offers competitive pay and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex portfolios in HCM or LMS ecosystems.
• Ability to work with vendor APIs and authentication models.
• Strong understanding of integration quality and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the native integration portfolio based on customer demand.
• Lead discovery by testing vendor APIs and ensuring PRDs are solid.
• Manage the full lifecycle of every connector, including versioning.
• Define metrics for connector adoption rates and reliability.
• Write clear specifications for Engineering and QA.
• Create guides and represent Docebo in enterprise deal cycles.
• Decide on building or partnering for new integration categories.
