A leading technology solutions provider is looking for a Manager in Technology (Delivery, iWin) based in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of software product development experience and leadership skills for API-driven solutions. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software product development, preferably within martech.
• 3+ years leading API-driven software delivery using Agile and Waterfall.
• 1+ years of direct people management experience with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key product roadmap pillar in collaboration with technical leads.
• Manage engineers and test analysts to enhance team performance.
• Own end-to-end project management including estimates and schedules.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders on scope and budget.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across teams.
