  • Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Track roadmap commitments and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities.
  • Assist with defining project scope, success metrics, launch plans, and operational readiness requirements.
Program & Project Delivery
  • Drive execution of multiple concurrent programs across AI, data, and platform initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identify blockers and coordinate resolution across teams.

  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive action items to completion.
  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare executive updates, status reports, roadmap reviews, and launch communications.
Partner & Vendor Coordination
  • Support projects involving external technology partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate onboarding, testing, and launch activities for third‑party integrations and MCP partners.
Product Launch Support
  • Coordinate internal testing, user acceptance testing, rollout planning, and operational readiness.
