Job summary

CAMP Systems in Montreal is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Engine Health Monitoring) to own the day-to-day technical relationship with engine OEM partners, aligning roadmaps and turning these conversations into clear product direction for our engineering teams.

You will work closely with Pratt & Whitney Canada and Honeywell, apply engine health monitoring expertise to interpret engine behavior, and prototype ideas using AI tools before committing engineering bandwidth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical relationships with engine OEMs and major partners.
• Experience with OEM service programs or joint engineering agreements.
• Knowledge of turbine engine performance and engine health monitoring.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with AI tooling for prototyping concepts.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day technical relationship with engine OEM partners and keep engagement productive.
• Align OEM roadmaps with CAMP's roadmap through regular technical reviews.
• Collaborate with OEM engineering to investigate issues and propose solutions.
• Translate OEM commitments into clear, prioritized development requirements.
• Apply engine health monitoring expertise to interpret engine behavior.
• Prototype concepts using AI tools to validate requirements.
• Represent OEM and operator perspectives to engineering, analytics, and commercial teams.
