BCES Global is seeking a Technical Product & Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding, configuration, demonstrations, and frontline support for our SaaS platform. You will own client implementations, ensure platform standards, and drive successful adoption across North American clients.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT/EE/CS, 3–5+ years in software implementation or technical client-facing roles, PMP certification, and proven training delivery.

We are seeking a Technical Product & Implementation Specialist to be the primary customer-facing expert responsible for leading product operations related to our SaaS platform. This role manages client onboarding, training, configuration, demonstrations, and front-line support. The Specialist plays a key role in customer success, ensuring users adopt and effectively utilize the platform.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and may vary from the posted range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, geographic location, and the final role offered.
Compensation Range: $75,000—$90,000 CAD
