Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join a leading consulting firm on a client engagement in the insurance sector. You will spearhead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across onshore and offshore developers, working closely with a Salesforce Architect to translate designs into actionable guidance for the team.

The role requires strong leadership, architectural insight, and the ability to direct developers while maintaining alignment with the overall solution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Salesforce experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Salesforce Tech Lead role.
• Financial services industry experience, ideally within insurance.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across a team of onshore and offshore developers.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated Salesforce Architect to translate designs into clear development direction.
• Provide technical input and guidance, and coach Salesforce developers throughout delivery.
• Ensure development aligns with the overall solution architecture and delivers business value.

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join one of the largest consulting firms in the world on an engagement for a client within the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across a team of onshore and offshore developers. They will work closely with a dedicated Salesforce Architect to understand the overall solution architecture and design, provide technical input, and translate that design into clear direction for the development team. They will also lead and coach Salesforce developers throughout delivery, helping the team navigate technical challenges and ensuring development aligns with the overall solution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical point of view and be comfortable providing recommendations and direction to the team. This role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite in downtown Toronto.
