The successful candidate will bring at least seven years of software development experience, with strong expertise in C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, and microservice-based architectures. They will have a proven track record of leading technical teams through mentoring, code reviews, implementation guidance, and project delivery while remaining hands‑on in development activities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will enable them to translate business requirements into practical software solutions and collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, and business teams. Experience with Git-based development practices is essential, while knowledge of Azure, Agile methodologies, manufacturing, engineering software, or HVAC-related domains would be advantageous. They will be a collaborative leader with excellent problem‑solving abilities, sound technical judgment, and a strong commitment to software quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
