Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking a Full Time Technical Lead (MERN) to guide architecture, development, and end-to-end technical delivery from a hybrid Toronto-based location.

You will lead cloud-native design using Azure and AKS, implement microservices, and direct frontend and backend development with Node.js and React. Strong DevOps practices and customer-facing leadership are required for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AKS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in Node.js and React development.
• Strong understanding of event-driven microservices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Unit testing with Jest.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership.

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Technical Lead (MERN) with strong expertise in Azure, Node.js, React, AKS, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and end-to-end technical delivery while working directly with customers and development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications
• Design solutions using Microsoft Azure, Node.js, React, and AKS
• Implement Event-Driven Architecture and microservices solutions
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize application performance
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
• Implement unit testing using Jest
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
• Lead architecture discussions and technical strategy with customers and stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery, timelines, quality, and scalability
