Responsibilities

• Equipment refurbishment and installation.
• Develop preventive maintenance protocols.
• Quality control, component testing and data analysis.
• New product development and prototyping.
• Develop process and workstation ergonomics improvements.
• Install security and monitoring systems.
• Assist production staff with assembly, packaging and shipping.
• Engage in custom fabrication projects including trailer modification and welding.
• Landscaping and snow clearing tasks when needed.
